This is Fred Wall the VisaCoach Today's topic is: Financial Eligibility Requirements for Permanent Residency in 2016 Visa Coach Fast, Easy and Personal I am Fred Wall, the VisaCoach, I am known for giving you personal one-on-one attention AND for going the “extra mile” to create for you an impressive “front loaded application” that tells quot;YOUR story” to convince a skeptical immigration officer to approve your case. Don't risk facing immigration alone. Rookie mistakes cause tears, delays and expensive denials. Let the VisaCoach guide you quickly and safely each step along the way. This is what two of my clients Lillian and Fernando, had to say: Fernando is from Mexico and I helped him get his Fiancée Visa and Green Card The people we know that have gone through the process on their own have found it confusing, frustrating, lengthy and costly. Immigrating to the United States is quite the ordeal but with Fred's help, it was straightforward and free of complications. We applied for Fernando's fiancée visa in December 2014 and breezed through U.S. customs in early March 2015. We also hired Fred for the process of adjusting Fernando's immigration status to permanent resident. We married in April 2015, gathered more documents, and sent out Fernando's application in the middle of June 2015. Fernando received permission to work in September 2015 and his green card one month later. I couldn't believe how fast it all happened! Fred is professional, knows the process well, and is very responsive (he was quick to answer my MANY questions). We will be hiring him for the removal of conditions on Fernando's green card (after two years) as well as for the citizenship process. Now, lets talk about Financial Eligibility Requirements for Permanent Residency In order to successfully petition for your spouse to obtain a Green Card after marriage, you, the US sponsor must demonstrate to Immigration you have enough income coming in, to support your spouse, and household. The financial requirement is that your income equal must be over 125% of the poverty income level where you live. Each year the Department of Health and Human Services publishes their Poverty Guidelines. The new Poverty Guidelines have risen about $200 from last year. As of March 2016, for residents in the continental US the Financial Eligibility requirements for Permanent residency are as follows. Required Annual Income $20,025 if 2 Persons in Family or Household $25,200, if 3 Persons in Family or Household $30,375, if 4 Persons in Family or Household For each Additional person add $5,200 The Financial eligibility thresholds are lower for active military, and higher for residents of Alaska or Hawaii. Proving your Income. Normally you provide your most recent Federal Tax Return, 3 to 6 pay stubs showing 'Year to date' earnings, plus a letter from your employer confirming your job, and what your expected annual pay is. If your income might be low, but you have 'money in the bank' your cash assets,...

Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.
